Ecommerce and
Merchandising Work

When POP.STORE launched, I built its entire merchandising system from scratch. On CommentSold I managed and scaled ongoing catalogue operations. Two platforms, full ownership, every decision made with a customer and a commercial outcome in mind.

The Work

Ownership from day one.
Every layer of it.

When POP.STORE launched, I built the entire merchandising structure from the ground up: the category architecture, the navigation hierarchy, the brand onboarding flow, the collection framework, and the homepage layout. Everything a customer interacts with was deliberately designed.

On CommentSold I managed ongoing catalogue operations across multiple brand storefronts: uploading products, writing descriptions, reviewing images, setting pricing, maintaining collections, and keeping the storefront current on a daily and weekly schedule.

The goal across both: a storefront that makes finding easy, discovering natural, and buying straightforward enough to actually happen.

01
Navigation and Architecture
Built the full category, subcategory, and grouping structure for POP.STORE from scratch. Logical, scalable, and designed around how a customer actually browses.

Built and maintained individual creator storefronts on POP.STORE, curating products to fit each creator's niche and audience.

Some of the brands
on the platforms.

On POP.STORE, I onboarded affiliate brands, added their product catalogues, organised listings into the correct categories, refreshed the homepage banner regularly, and kept collections updated. These are some of the names that were part of that.

Campaign by campaign.
Curated with intent.

Each campaign started with product sourcing: finding the right items for the moment, uploading them, writing descriptions, setting pricing, and organising into a collection. Then the banner. Then the homepage placement. Then daily updates as products changed.

Valentine's Day campaign
Valentine's Day Campaign
Curated a gift-focused collection covering three audience segments: gifts for her, gifts for him, and couples gifts. Products were sourced across a range of price points and styles so the collection worked for a wide range of shoppers, not a narrow one.
The hero banner was produced to drive traffic into the collection. Collection pages were structured to make gifting decisions straightforward, with clear visual sections and a product mix refreshed regularly as the campaign period progressed.

Trending Home Finds campaign
Trending Home Finds
Built and curated the Home and Kitchen category on POP.STORE, which included onboarding home decor brands, adding their products, and maintaining a homepage feature section that highlighted what was trending. The editorial banner at the top was designed to make home decor feel discoverable and aspirational, matching how this customer shops: visually, with an eye for pieces that feel curated.
The category was maintained with regular product additions as new affiliate brands were onboarded into Home and Kitchen, Candles, Kitchen and Dining, and Lighting.

Holiday and Christmas campaign
Holiday and Christmas Collections
Managed holiday collections from September through December, covering Christmas and Halloween. Products were sourced and uploaded across gift sets, festive clothing, decor, and occasion accessories. Collections were refreshed throughout the season as new products came in and as different phases of the holiday period called for different emphasis.
The homepage was reorganised to give the holiday shop strong placement during peak shopping periods, and banners were updated to match each campaign phase.

The Everyday Active Collection
The Everyday Active Collection
Curated an activewear collection structured to serve different customer intents within the same category: dedicated workout wear, lounge layers, and everyday active pieces. The subcategory breakdown (Tops, Leggings, Matching Sets, Sports Bras, Shorts, and Onesies) was designed to make browsing easy regardless of what the customer was shopping for specifically.
Product selection was based on sell-through potential and trend relevance within the active category. The collection was maintained with new arrivals as the catalogue expanded.
